Claudia Hawkins is the owner of Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC. She established Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC in 2010 to provide face-to-face, interactive and fun presentations on how to quickly identify and resolve questionable and ethical issues in the workplace. This training was designed for various levels of employees and volunteers in businesses and non-profits.

Over the next few years her services were expanded to include Customer Service – Internal & External, Diversity, Team Building and Communications… all with an emphasis on “doing the right thing”! One-on-One Professional Development Consultations were added in 2013.

Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC’s tagline is “Protecting Your Revenue and Your Reputation”.

The highlight event in 2013 was when Ms. Hawkins obtained a contract to present at the NFL Super Bowl XLVIII Playbook Series II. The title of her workshop was, “The 4 Power Principles in Partner Relationships.”

In 2014, she received approval from the New Jersey Board of Accountancy to offer their Ethics Course as Continuing Professional Education credits to Accounting Professionals and approval from the New Jersey Board of Mortuary Science to offer their Ethics Course as a Continuing Professional Education credits to Funeral Directors.


2015 was an awesome year for Ms. Hawkins! She received her first Consulting Contract with a Philadelphia jeweler and she launched her first product in the fall, an Inspirational Calendar for the Workplace. She also confirmed that she was approved to offer her Ethics CPE credits to Pennsylvania Accounting Professionals.


One of the great accomplishment of 2016 was the design of a new Church Leadership Development Program, as the result of a divine training opportunity beginning in late 2015.  Extensive research and meeting with local pastors will make this a major project going forward.


Prior to founding Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC, Ms. Hawkins held increasingly responsible positions within the U.S. Department of the Treasury – IRS, including: Internal Revenue Agent, Group Manager, Income Tax Instructor, Taxpayer Education Specialist and Ethics Facilitator. As a Revenue Agent, she examined domestic and international, individual, partnership and corporate entities, as well as non-profits, to determine their correct federal tax liability.

It was her 35 years experience with the U.S. Treasury and her MBA Program that inspired Ms. Hawkins to establish Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC.

She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University, Hampton, VA and her Masters in Business Administration from Philadelphia University, Philadelphia, PA.

Ms. Hawkins is convinced that once business and non-profit leaders truly understand the tangible and intangible consequences of their decisions, they will see this training as an investment in their success!
