Claudia Hawkins is the owner of Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC. \u00a0In 2010, she realized that many employers lose sleep at night because they are unsure if their employees can properly respond to questionable or unethical issues. By providing her clients with face-to-face training for their staff on potential issues, they can now concentrate on growing their businesses even more.\u00a0 On-line training is now available.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her primary training is on Ethics in the Workplace. Her secondary topics include Customer Service, Diversity, Team Building, and Communications\u2026 all with an emphasis on \u201cdoing the right thing\u201d.\u00a0 Social Media & Ethics was added in 2017.\u00a0 Ethical Alertness to Sexual Harassment and Unconscious Bias are currently available.\u00a0 Customizing her topics for your organization makes the difference that off-the-shelf training can\u2019t offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Claudia is approved by the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania to offer her Ethics Course for CPE credits to Accounting Professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was her 35 years experience with the U.S. Treasury, as an Internal Revenue Agent and her MBA Program that inspired Ms. Hawkins to establish Ethics Training and Consulting, LLC. \u00a0She also received training and chaired the EEO Advisory Committee in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania while employed with the U.S. Treasury.<\/span><\/p>\n

Affordable consultations are also available to answer situational questions or to receive 2nd opinions regarding potential ethical and ethical related issues in the workplace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
